📦 What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • ✅ If your item is damaged, defective, or broken during shipping.
  • ✅ If you received the wrong product by mistake.

In these cases, we’ll happily offer a free exchange or full refund.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Ordered the wrong case size? No worries — we offer exchanges at an additional cost.
  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping + small re-shipping fee.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

🚫 No Refunds For:

  • ❌ Incorrect size/model selected by the customer.
  • ❌ Minor color variations due to lighting/screens.
  • ❌ Used, scratched, or damaged products due to misuse.

💡 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Attach:
    • Your order ID
    • Unboxing Video to ensure the authenticity
    • Photo or video of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the return is received.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Exchange and Replacement Items will be delivered within 5-7 working days
  • We have a 7 days return policy
