📦 What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- ✅ If your item is damaged, defective, or broken during shipping.
- ✅ If you received the wrong product by mistake.
In these cases, we’ll happily offer a free exchange or full refund.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Ordered the wrong case size? No worries — we offer exchanges at an additional cost.
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping + small re-shipping fee.
- Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
🚫 No Refunds For:
- ❌ Incorrect size/model selected by the customer.
- ❌ Minor color variations due to lighting/screens.
- ❌ Used, scratched, or damaged products due to misuse.

- Your order ID
- Unboxing Video to ensure the authenticity
- Photo or video of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

💳 Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) are processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the return is received.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
- Exchange and Replacement Items will be delivered within 5-7 working days
- We have a 7 days return policy
